Ingrédients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread some enchilada sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
  5. Place the rolled tortillas seam side down in the baking dish.
  6. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and bubbling.
