Creamy and flavorful chicken enchiladas made with cream cheese.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Spread some enchilada sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
- Place the rolled tortillas seam side down in the baking dish.
- Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and bubbling.
Notes
- Serve with additional sour cream on the side.
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Adjust spice levels to your preference.
