Description
Delicious cream cheese chocolate truffles that are easy to make.

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 16 oz chocolate chips
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Add melted chocolate and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Form small balls from the chilled mixture.
- Roll each ball in cocoa powder to coat.
- Place truffles on a baking sheet and refrigerate until firm.

- Store truffles in the refrigerator.
- Change the coating by using crushed nuts or sprinkles.
