- 12 mini sweet peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the mini peppers in half and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Stuff each pepper half with the cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the peppers are tender.
- Serve warm.
