  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; sauté until soft.
  3. Add spinach to the pot and cook until wilted. Drain excess water.
  4. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Add the spinach mixture to the cheese sauce. Stir well.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
