Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, red onion, bacon, and sunflower seeds.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and stir until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
