  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup butterscotch sauce
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add butterscotch sauce, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  5. Stir in sour cream.
  6. Pour the batter over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Let the cheesecake cool before removing from the pan.
  9. Top with extra butterscotch sauce and crumble before serving.
