Description
Creamy Cajun chicken pasta with whipped roasted garlic feta and crispy chickpeas.
Ingrédients

- 12 oz pasta
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1 bulb garlic
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roast garlic in the oven for 30 minutes.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain.
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning and cook in a skillet until done.
- In a blender, combine roasted garlic and feta cheese, blend until smooth.
- In the same skillet, add heavy cream and stir, then add cooked pasta.
- Mix in the whipped feta and garlic mixture.
- In a separate pan, crisp chickpeas in olive oil for 5-7 minutes.
- Serve pasta topped with crispy chickpeas and fresh parsley.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to your taste.
- You can substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu for a different protein.
- Serve immediately for the best texture.
