Ingrédients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add shrimp and Cajun seasoning. Cook until shrimp are pink.
  5. Stir in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Reduce heat and add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until combined.
  7. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
  8. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley before serving.
