Ingrédients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak strips with cajun seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add steak strips and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add bell pepper and onion; sauté until tender.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  8. Add cooked penne to the skillet and mix well.
  9. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
