- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cooked rice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, spinach, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in cooked rice until well mixed.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Can substitute kale for spinach.
- Add more cheese for a richer flavor.
