- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 can diced green chilies
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, salsa, diced green chilies, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
- Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish.
- Top with remaining salsa and shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Serve hot.
