- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons gelatin powder
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and sugar over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Stir in the brewed coffee and vanilla extract.
- In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add the gelatin mixture to the warm cream mixture. Stir until fully dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- Serve chilled, optionally topped with whipped cream.
Notes
- Use strong brewed coffee for a more intense flavor.
- Make sure the gelatin is fully dissolved before pouring.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance.
