Description
A hearty and creamy white chicken chili made in a crockpot.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup cream cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken, beans, corn, tomatoes, onion, garlic, cumin, chili powder, and chicken broth in the crockpot.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add cream cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Notes
- Serve with tortilla chips or bread.
- Top with cilantro or avocado if desired.
