  • 2 cups rigatoni pasta
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  5. Cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  6. Remove chicken from skillet and let rest.
  7. Add heavy cream to the skillet, stirring to combine with garlic butter.
  8. Stir in grated parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  9. Slice the cooked chicken and add it to the sauce.
  10. Toss the cooked rigatoni in the sauce until well coated.
  11. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
