- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the steak with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the steak for 5-7 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
- During the last few minutes of grilling, add zucchini slices to the grill.
- Remove steak and zucchini from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice the steak and serve over a bed of rice with grilled zucchini.
- Drizzle with sour cream before serving.
