A delicious creamy herb rice bowl topped with garlic butter shrimp.


Ingrédients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the rice under cold water.
  2. In a pot, combine rice and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 18 minutes.
  4. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  5. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  6. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink.
  7. Stir in heavy cream and herbs into the rice.
  8. Serve the creamy rice in a bowl and top with garlic butter shrimp.

  • You can substitute shrimp with chicken or tofu.
