Description
A delicious creamy herb rice bowl topped with garlic butter shrimp.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water.
- In a pot, combine rice and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 18 minutes.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink.
- Stir in heavy cream and herbs into the rice.
- Serve the creamy rice in a bowl and top with garlic butter shrimp.
Notes
- You can substitute shrimp with chicken or tofu.
- Adjust garlic amount to your taste.
- Garnish with more herbs if desired.
