Ingrédients

- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons dried culinary lavender
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, whole milk, and honey. Heat over medium until warm.
- Add dried lavender and let steep for 15 minutes.
- Strain the mixture to remove lavender.
- Whisk in vanilla extract, sugar, and salt until dissolved.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Pour into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use culinary lavender for the best flavor.
- Adjust honey based on your sweetness preference.
- Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.
