Description

Ingrédients

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup jalapenos, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups twisted pasta
- 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook twisted pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in minced garlic and chopped jalapenos. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add cream cheese and cajun seasoning. Mix until creamy.
- Incorporate cooked pasta and cheddar cheese. Stir until cheese melts.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
