A delicious creamy lemon chicken dish that is easy to prepare.
Ingrédients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken in the skillet for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir well.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Return chicken to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Serve with rice or pasta.
- Adjust lemon juice to taste.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
