- 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Stir in the flour, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Gradually whisk in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the heavy cream and continue to cook until slightly thickened.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese mixture and stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
