Description

A creamy mushroom chicken Alfredo served with hot honey roasted potatoes.


Ingrédients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 large potatoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Add garlic and mushrooms, sauté until mushrooms are soft.
  5. Add chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and add Parmesan cheese, stir until smooth.
  7. In another bowl, toss diced potatoes with honey, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  8. Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Serve chicken Alfredo over fettuccine with roasted potatoes on the side.
