Description
A creamy mushroom chicken Alfredo served with hot honey roasted potatoes.
Ingrédients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 large potatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and mushrooms, sauté until mushrooms are soft.
- Add chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown.
- Pour in heavy cream and add Parmesan cheese, stir until smooth.
- In another bowl, toss diced potatoes with honey, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes.
- Serve chicken Alfredo over fettuccine with roasted potatoes on the side.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning as per your taste.
- Use any pasta of your choice.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
