Description

Creamy mushroom garlic chicken served with hot honey roasted potatoes.


Ingrédients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown.
  4. Add mushrooms and garlic, sauté until mushrooms are soft.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and add parmesan, stir until combined.
  6. In a separate bowl, toss diced potatoes with honey, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  7. Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Serve chicken over pasta with sauce and potatoes on the side.

Notes

  • Adjust spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
  • Use fresh herbs for added flavor if desired.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
