Description
Creamy mushroom garlic chicken served with hot honey roasted potatoes.
Ingrédients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown.
- Add mushrooms and garlic, sauté until mushrooms are soft.
- Pour in heavy cream and add parmesan, stir until combined.
- In a separate bowl, toss diced potatoes with honey, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes.
- Serve chicken over pasta with sauce and potatoes on the side.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
- Use fresh herbs for added flavor if desired.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
