Description

Creamy parmesan pasta with sautéed garlic butter chicken is a rich and flavorful dish that combines tender chicken with creamy pasta.


Ingrédients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  8. Add cooked fettuccine and chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
