Ingrédients

- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Add sliced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked fettuccine and chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
