Ingrédients

- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup burrata cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Roast red peppers until charred, then peel and chop.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add roasted peppers and cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Blend the sauce until smooth.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine pasta with the sauce.
- Garnish with burrata and herbs before serving.
