Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add salmon fillet and cook until golden brown.
- Remove salmon and flake into pieces.
- Add fresh spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir well.
- Add flaked salmon back to the pan and mix thoroughly.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine the sauce with the cooked pasta and serve with Parmesan cheese.
