Description
A creamy and spicy garlic butter steak served over pasta.
Ingrédients

- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak and cook to your desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes. Cook until thickened.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce.
- Slice the steak and place on top of the pasta.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by varying red pepper flakes.
- Use any pasta of your choice.
- Let steak rest before slicing for better juiciness.
