Ingrédients

  • 1 cup spinach, fresh
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, canned and drained
  • 2 cups fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove chicken and slice into strips.
  6. In the same skillet, add spinach and artichokes, cooking until spinach wilts.
  7. Pour in heavy cream and add parmesan cheese, stir until combined.
  8. Add the cooked fettuccine and sliced chicken, mix well.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Serve hot.
