Description
Delicious crescent cheese danishes made with cream cheese and crescent rolls.
Ingrédients

- 1 can of crescent roll dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, egg yolk, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough from the wide end to the tip.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
- Can be topped with powdered sugar or fruit preserves.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
