Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut fish fillets into sticks.
- Set up a breading station: place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and paprika in a third.
- Dip each fish stick in flour, then eggs, and finally breadcrumbs.
- Place fish sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spray fish sticks lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown.
Notes
- Use any white fish like cod or tilapia.
- For extra flavor, add garlic powder to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
