- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each piece in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the salmon bites until golden brown on all sides.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the bang bang sauce.
- Serve the salmon bites hot with the sauce on the side.

- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
