Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed cornflakes, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and the cornflake mixture.
- Coat each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, and then coat with the cornflake mixture.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spray the chicken lightly with cooking spray.
