- 500g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Cooking oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for 30 minutes.
- Coat the chicken pieces in cornstarch, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with flour.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken in batches until golden and crispy.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a separate pan, heat chili sauce and add the fried chicken. Stir to coat.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust chili sauce to taste for spice level.
- Use boneless chicken thighs for more flavor.
- Serve with rice or noodles if desired.
