Description

Crispy chilli chicken is a deliciously spicy dish with a crunchy texture. It’s perfect as an appetizer or main course.


Ingrédients

  • 500g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for 30 minutes.
  2. Coat the chicken pieces in cornstarch, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with flour.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the chicken in batches until golden and crispy.
  5. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  6. In a separate pan, heat chili sauce and add the fried chicken. Stir to coat.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
