- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch

- Oil for frying
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions
- Marinate shrimp in buttermilk for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Dredge shrimp in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
- Fry shrimp in batches until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- In a small saucepan, combine honey, hot sauce, and soy sauce. Heat until warm.
- Toss fried shrimp in the honey sauce.
- Serve immediately.
