Ingrédients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and pierce the potatoes with a fork.
  3. Bake the potatoes for 45 minutes or until tender.
  4. Let the potatoes cool slightly, then cut them in half and scoop out the insides.
  5. Brush the potato skins with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Place the skins on a baking sheet, skin side up, and bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Flip the skins and bake for another 10 minutes until crispy.
