Ingrédients

- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz gemelli pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup smoked gouda cheese, shredded
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs.
- Dip chicken pieces in eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place chicken bites on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, cook gemelli pasta according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat heavy cream over medium heat, stir in smoked gouda and Cajun seasoning.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce.
- Serve chicken bites with Cajun Alfredo gemelli.
