Ingrédients

- 3 lbs pork shoulder

- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, quartered
- 2 oranges, juiced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 bay leaves
Instructions
- Season the pork shoulder with salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder.
- Place the pork in the slow cooker with garlic, onion, orange juice, lime juice, and bay leaves.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until tender.
- Remove the pork and shred it using two forks.
- Spread the shredded pork on a baking sheet and broil for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
