Description
A creamy and spicy buffalo chicken dip made in a crock pot.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a crock pot, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours.
- Stir in cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Serve with tortilla chips or celery sticks.
- Adjust buffalo sauce to taste for spice level.
- This dip can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
