Description
A rich and creamy chicken parmesan soup made in a crock pot.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- Add chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken in the pot.
- Add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, diced tomatoes, and spinach.
- Stir well and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
Notes
- Serve with crusty bread.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Freeze for longer storage.
