This crock pot lasagna is an easy and delicious meal that combines layers of pasta, cheese, and sauce.

- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread some marinara sauce on the bottom of the crock pot.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Add half of the ricotta mixture, half of the ground beef, and a third of the mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layers: sauce, noodles, ricotta, beef, and mozzarella.
- Finish with remaining noodles, sauce, and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Notes
- Let the lasagna sit for 10 minutes before serving.
- Use no-boil noodles for easier preparation.
- Adjust cooking time based on your crock pot model.
