- 4 lbs turkey breast
- 1 cup chicken broth

- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the turkey breast in the crock pot.
- Add chicken broth, onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, sage, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the turkey with two forks.
- Mix the shredded turkey with the juices from the crock pot.
- Serve warm.

- You can add vegetables like carrots and celery for extra flavor.
- For a thicker gravy, mix in cornstarch with water before serving.
