A simple and flavorful crockpot beef and broccoli dish that is easy to prepare.
Ingrédients

- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Place sliced beef in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and sesame oil.
- Pour the mixture over the beef in the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- 30 minutes before serving, add broccoli florets.
- Mix cornstarch with a little water and stir into the crockpot to thicken the sauce.
- Serve topped with green onions.
