Description
A comforting and easy-to-make chicken noodle soup prepared in a crockpot.
Ingrédients

- 1 pound chicken breast
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add chicken breast, chicken broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper to the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
- Add egg noodles and cook for an additional 30 minutes on high.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning based on your preference.
- You can add other vegetables if desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
