Description
A warm and comforting crockpot chicken pot pie that is easy to prepare.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
Instructions
- In a crockpot, combine cooked chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until well combined.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, roll out the pie crust and place it on top of the mixture in the crockpot.
- Cook until the crust is golden brown.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Feel free to add herbs like thyme or rosemary for extra flavor.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
