Description

Ingrédients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine cooked chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stir until well combined.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, roll out the pie crust and place it on top of the mixture in the crockpot.
  5. Cook until the crust is golden brown.

Notes

  • You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Feel free to add herbs like thyme or rosemary for extra flavor.
  • Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
