Description

A simple and delicious crockpot lasagna recipe.


Ingrédients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a pan until browned.
  2. Mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Spread a layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of the crockpot.
  4. Add a layer of lasagna noodles, followed by half of the ricotta mixture, half of the ground beef, and a layer of mozzarella.
  5. Repeat the layers, finishing with marinara sauce and mozzarella on top.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  8. Let it sit for 15 minutes before serving.
