Ingrédients

- 2 lbs of chicken breast
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of carrots, sliced
- 1 cup of potatoes, diced
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breast at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth, onion, and garlic on top.
- Layer carrots and potatoes over the mixture.
- Season with thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken before serving.
