Description

Crockpot mashed potatoes are a creamy and easy side dish made in your slow cooker.


Ingrédients

  • 1 cup of chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the cubed potatoes in the crockpot.
  2. Add the broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
  4. Once cooked, add butter and sour cream.
  5. Mash the potatoes using a potato masher.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  7. Serve warm.
