Description
Crockpot mashed potatoes are a creamy and easy side dish made in your slow cooker.

- 5 pounds of potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup of chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the cubed potatoes in the crockpot.
- Add the broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
- Once cooked, add butter and sour cream.
- Mash the potatoes using a potato masher.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use cream cheese instead of sour cream.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
