Instructions

  2. Add chicken broth and stir well.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  4. Once potatoes are tender, mash some of them for a creamy texture.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and cheese.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Cook for an additional 30 minutes on low.
  8. Serve hot.
