A hearty and easy-to-make crockpot ravioli casserole perfect for busy days.


Ingrédients

  • 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 jar (26 oz) marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Layer half of the ravioli in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Spread half of the marinara sauce over the ravioli.
  3. Add half of the ricotta cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ravioli, marinara sauce, ricotta, and mozzarella.
  6. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until heated through and cheeses are melted.

Notes

  • Feel free to add cooked vegetables or ground meat for extra flavor.
  • You can use any type of marinara sauce you prefer.
  • Let it cool before storing leftovers in the fridge.
