Ingrédients

  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can kidney beans (15 oz)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup corn (frozen or canned)
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add ground beef to the crockpot.
  4. Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, onion, bell pepper, taco seasoning, corn, and beef broth.
  5. Stir well to combine.
  6. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Serve hot.

  • You can adjust the seasoning to taste.
  • Serve with rice or tortillas.
