Easy and delicious crockpot recipe using ground beef.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 can kidney beans (15 oz)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup corn (frozen or canned)
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add ground beef to the crockpot.
- Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, onion, bell pepper, taco seasoning, corn, and beef broth.
- Stir well to combine.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can adjust the seasoning to taste.
- Serve with rice or tortillas.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
