Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the potatoes.
  2. Place the potatoes in the crockpot.
  3. Add chicken broth, cream cheese, sour cream, and butter.
  4. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
  7. Stir and mash before serving.
